I come with over 35 years of experience in restaurant and catering!
I am a southern scratch cooker and I am excited to bring a little something special to the community!
Gumbo, Etouffee, Jamabalya, Poboys, Salads, Brisket, Pulled Pork and more, all with a Louisiana flare!
OHHH and don't forget those homemade desserts and pies momma makes!!
So excited to be joining the other great little restaurants and cafés in our area!!
