About Us
Welcome to the Ariston Cafe, one of the oldest continuously operating restaurants on Historic Route 66 and a proud part of America's Mother Road since 1924. Originally established along Route 4 before the creation of Route 66, we moved to our current Litchfield location in 1935, where we've been welcoming travelers, locals, and road trippers ever since.
For generations, we've served hearty meals, homemade favorites, and warm hospitality in a setting filled with Route 66 history. Whether you're stopping in for one of our famous Greek specialties, a classic American meal, or simply to experience an authentic roadside landmark, you'll find the same welcoming spirit that has made the Ariston a destination for nearly a century.
Take a seat, enjoy a great meal, and become part of the story. We look forward to welcoming you to one of Route 66's most enduring traditions.
