Experience one of Albuquerque’s brightest holiday traditions as the Twinkle Light Parade lights up Route 66 in the heart of Nob Hill. More than 130 illuminated floats, community groups, school teams, and local businesses roll down Central Avenue creating a mile of festive color, music, and holiday cheer.
Bring your family and friends, explore Nob Hill’s shops and restaurants before the parade, and enjoy a night filled with community spirit and sparkling holiday magic. Stay until the end for a special appearance from Santa as he closes the parade in classic Route 66 style.
Free... Park & Ride
Skip the traffic! Free parking will be available at the parking lot located on the southwest corner of Lomas Blvd. and University Blvd. Buses will run from 3-10:30 p.m., taking parade goers from the lot to UNM’s Johnson Field near Girard Blvd. and Central Ave.
Transportation to the event is also available with a free ABQ RIDE bus service on Routes 766/777 and 66. Plan your route by using Transit App or Google Maps.
