A) Categories of Information We Collect
- UserProvided: name, email, organization, title, billing info (processed by thirdparty processors), submissions, uploads, communications.
- Device/Usage: IP address, identifiers, browser/device type, OS, referring/exit pages, timestamps, feature usage, clickstream, session metadata.
- Location/Interaction: approximate geolocation, engagement with datasets and features, scroll/navigation behavior.
- Tracking Tech: cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies.
- From Others: public datasets, partners, service providers, and affiliates.
B) Purposes of Use
Operate and provide the Services; support and communications; personalize content; measure and analyze usage; detect, prevent, and address security and abuse; develop, test, and improve features (including AI/ML); produce aggregated or deidentified insights; enforce terms; and comply with law.
C) Sharing
We may share information with: (i) vendors/service providers under confidentiality; (ii) affiliates; (iii) research and commercial partners; (iv) in aggregate or deidentified form; (v) to comply with law or legal process; and (vi) in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer. We do not sell personal data as commonly understood, but some uses (e.g., crosscontext behavioral advertising) may be deemed a “sale” or “share” under certain state laws—see Regional Notices.
D) Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary for the purposes above, to comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We may retain aggregated/deidentified data indefinitely.

- Manage cookies via browser controls; disabling some cookies may limit functionality.
- Access, correct, delete, or export your personal data where required by law by emailing privacy@connect66.net.
- Opt out of marketing emails via unsubscribe links.
- For jurisdictions with “Do Not Sell/Share” rights, use our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link (where available) or email us. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) where required.
F) Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No system is 100% secure.
G) Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child provided data, contact privacy@connect66.net.
H) International Transfers
If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you consent to transferring and processing your information in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms.
I) Regional Notices (U.S. State Privacy Laws)
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights (access, deletion, correction, portability, optout of “sale/share,” targeted advertising, and profiling). Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement to reflect changes to the Services or law. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., inproduct or email). Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent.
